User name and password aren't working and change password
Of course, it is important that you fill in your user name and password correctly. If you have received it by mail, use copy-paste instead of typing it in. Once you have logged in, you can change your password under "change your user information". You can find the button on "your homepage".
Your user name can't be changed. If you want to change it then you will have to create a completely new programme as if you are a new user. In that case, your current details won't be used but will remain as they are.
