You have just run a marathon and you want to run another marathon in a month's time.
There are too few days inbetween the two marathons and it isn't a good idea to exert yourself so much in one month. You need 2 weeks to recover from a marathon and serious training the week before your marathon is pointless. So it only leaves one week to train and that's too little time. Our advice is, if you like, to run another marathon in about four month's time.
