There isn’t a quick fix if you haven’t trained for a while. It is possible to shift a few training days with the function “+1 day”.

The best solution is to make a new training schedule when you have recovered and enter your current fitness level at the start. That way, a new calculation for your end goal can be made. You can adjust the intensity of your training schedule according to your personal requirements.

Your current log details are saved in the log book. Your previous programme’s training days can be viewed via the T-icon in another colour.
